Returns or exchanges are accepted for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Any items returned outside of this period will not be accepted. We will not accept used or worn merchandise. Please Include a copy of your receipt when returning items.

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be new and in their original packaging (with original tags and manufacturer packing). If you ship us any items that do not meet these qualifications, we reserve the right to issue a partial store credit, or ship them back. Please read below for examples..

- Apparel: Must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Shoes: Shoes must be in new condition, and returned in the original manufacturers shoe box. Do no place shipping labels, tape, or other items on the shoe box.
- Racquets: Racquets must new with the original plastic on the handle. No ball fuzz should be in the string bed. If you had the racquet strung by Bryan's Tennis, the cost of the string will be deducted from the return.

Shipping for returns is at the cost of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. You may also make a return in person in our store.

Ship returns via a secure method.. ( UPS, FedEX, USPS) and maintain the tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 72 hours of arrival to Bryans Tennis. Please allow and additional 3 to 5 days for credits to appear. We will ship exchanges within 72 hours if exchanged items are in stock. If you have any questions contact us at bryanstenniscustomers@gmail.com
